Getting started is simple: pick one workflow to improve, connect Sully.ai to the tools you already use, run a short pilot with your team, then expand. Here’s the fast path.
Before you begin
Pick your first use case. Most teams start with one or two agents (e.g., AI Scribe for ambient notes or AI Receptionist for intake/scheduling).
Confirm security & compliance. Ensure the right agreements (e.g., BAA) are in place and plan for SSO/MFA, audit logging, and data retention that match your policies.
Step‑by‑step setup
Create your organization. We’ll provision your workspace and admin access.
Connect integrations. Link your EHR and communication channels (phone/web/chat) so drafts flow into your existing tools. See supported integrations.
Configure clinical & admin templates. Load your note types, macros/smart phrases, triage protocols, and coding preferences so drafts match your style.
Set consent & recording rules. Add patient consent language, phone disclosures, and clinic signage. Choose when ambient capture is allowed and who can enable it.
Define roles & permissions. Assign who reviews and approves drafts (clinicians/staff), and who can finalize notes, messages, letters, or prior-auth packets.
Add locations & providers. Map locations/specialties, provider schedules, and routing rules so outputs land in the right chart inboxes and work queues.
Invite your team. Add clinicians and staff, then walk them through a quick review/approve flow so everyone knows where drafts appear and how to finalize.
Pilot with a small cohort. 2-3 weeks is typical. Start in shadow mode (observe), move to assist mode (review/approve), and confirm quality and fit.
Measure what matters. Track note quality, time saved per visit, inbox triage time, coding accuracy, and message turnaround.
Go live & expand. Keep a clinician‑in‑the‑loop, review weekly, and add more agents (AI Nurse, AI Medical Coder) as workflows stabilize.
Go‑live checklist
BAA and security review completed
SSO/MFA configured for your organization
EHR + communication integrations tested end‑to‑end
Consent language approved by compliance/legal
Note and message templates loaded and mapped
Roles/permissions and routing rules confirmed
Pilot cohort trained; success metrics defined
Support contact and escalation path shared with the team
Your Customer Success Manager can walk you through setup, share best‑practice templates, and review results from your pilot. If you’re not sure where to start, beginning with AI Scribe or AI Receptionist is common and both deliver quick wins without changing where your team works.
